It is uncanny how accurate the second season of Fallout reflects the current political climate in the US. That’s something which has star Walton Goggins a little spooked. In an interview, Walton admits that “the symmetry is unnerving and really unsettling” to the reality of American politics today.

The second season of the Amazon Prime Video show continues the story set in the wasteland of post-nuclear America. The series is set two centuries after the Great War of 2077.

Fallout Season 2 is “not a political show,” says Walton Goggins

The latest season of Fallout may have plenty of parallels to the current political climate, but Walton insists it’s merely a coincidence. “We’re not a political show,” Walton told DECIDER. Walton does acknowledge how people might see it that way, however.

According to Walton, the storylines in season two are more an example of life imitating art and vice versa. The show is based on a video game. He says that the season was bound to address current events in the US, even though that wasn’t their intention.

The show may not be political in his eyes, but Walton has often spoken out about political issues. Among them were the ICE killings in Minnesota from January. He’s among the many celebrities who expressed disgust in that matter.

Last November Primetime Emmy Award nominee made headlines by going nude for a GQ photoshoot. He says that was “his idea.” Walton said that while filming Cooper’s flashback scenes during season two, he realized how oblivious his character was. His character must face some hard truths in the season about how little he can control. In 2024, he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for Fallout.

The show has been renewed for a third season while season two is currently streaming on Amazon Prime.

She didn’t walk away with any hardware at the Grammys, but Chappell’s wardrobe is sure to be talked about for years to come. In an interview with Allure, Sasha discussed the process behind her outfit. “The idea was for her not be so naked,” shared Sasha. She says that the process began with prosthetic nipple covers from the brand Out of Kit. Sasha says that the brand is a little different as it has a sticky backing like a Band-Aid.

To make sure the covers stayed put, Sasha and her team used Telesis glue. This is an extra-strong medical-grade prosthetic adhesive. What was scary, according to Sasha, was that once the nipple rings were placed in the prosthetic, is ripped at the slightest tug. Reinforcing the nipple cover with a power mesh helped solve that concern.

The last step was to paint the prosthetic to perfectly match Chappell’s skin, which had to be done while the nipple rings were in place. Thus, Sasha kept the jewelry clean by covering them in a bubble gum wrapper, which she removed before clasping the dress.

Her red-carpet attire featured a trompe-l’œil gown with a skin-tone bodice, fake nipple piercings, and tattoos.

An Arizona reporter is weighing in on some sensitive information related to Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance. The mother of Today co-host Savanah Guthrie was reported missing on Sunday. Pima County police are treating it as a criminal act, with a reported ransom note being sent to a local news outlet in Arizona.

Reporter Mary Coleman at KOLD News got to read that note before it was handed over to the police. She recently shared her thoughts on its legitimacy.

The alleged ransom note supposedly gave “very sensitive information” about Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance

The alleged taking of Nancy may have actually happened. In an interview with CNN, Mary explained why the ransom note could be legit. She says there was “A lot of it is information that only someone who was holding her for ransom would know.” While she didn’t share what the note contained, she did say that after a couple of sentences, it felt as though it wasn’t a hoax. In the note, she claims there was “very sensitive information.”

Mary says that the ransom note also featured a specific dollar amount and a deadline. The search has been going on for five days, but there are no suspects yet. On Wednesday, Savannah and her family released a video saying they are ready to talk to whoever might have kidnapped Nancy once they receive proof of life. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos previously said that he believed Nancy is alive.

Mary says that detectives reached out to their newsroom for more information upon receiving the ransom note. This was for them to search for the IP address, as it was sent to the KOLD News staff via e-mail. TMZ also claimed to have received a ransom note. It’s unclear whether it’s the same one KOLD News received.

Police are worried for Nancy’s safety as she is 84 and requires daily medication.

The inspiration came while on a retreat.

Roger previously served as CEO of Fox News, passing away in 2017.

The release of the Epstein files has been a sensitive subject, with countless victims suffering because of his sex trafficking scandal. Millions of documents from those files were released last week. That includes one which alleges the late sex offender had a son. Jeffrey’s brother Mark, however, doesn’t believe that’s true.

Alex Pretti was shot and killed by agents as well in St. Paul. Instead, the President wondered why no one is talking about all the murderers taken out of the US.

Deflecting attention seemed to be the President’s tactic when pressed about ICE this week. In an exclusive interview with NBC News, Donald said, “I hate even talking about ICE. 2 people out of tens of thousands, and you get bad publicity.” Journalist Tom Llamas was quick to tell Trump that it was two Americans who were killed.

Donald didn’t answer that but instead gave a bizarre response: “We’ve been very tough on the waters.” That seems to address US military strikes that are supposedly knocking out drug boats.

Many public figures have voiced their displeasure with that immigration patrol agency. Jeopardy! host Ken Jennings said that he’d like to see the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disbanded along with ICE. He says that would bring him great satisfaction.

There have been protests in St. Paul following the controversial killings. Notable journalist Don Lemon was arrested last week after speaking out against the government’s actions on that matter.

His reason behind that goes back to his past when he experienced some very dark days. He reflected on that, saying there was a time in his life when he felt broken. That’s how the album Beautifully Broken came to be. There was a time when all he had was a radio the same size as a six-by-eight-foot cell, and he believed those two things could change his life.

Jelly is also no stranger to life behind bars. He spent some time in jail in 2008 for drug possession. He says he believed music and God had the power to turn his life around. In his life, Jelly says he’s been in and out of jail about 40 times.

He’s not only gone through a remarkable transformation in his self-esteem but also in his appearance. In October, it was reported that he’d lost 200 pounds. Having a daughter born in 2008 changed his perspective on life.

Nowadays, Jelly is happily married to Bunnie XO, got his GED in 2023 and achieved a lifelong goal by winning a Grammy. Bunnie has already said she wants to keep the other Grammy for herself.
