Last night, Calla Lily’s mask came off on The Masked Singer, revealing Teddi Mellencamp’s smiling face underneath. For those who watched Teddi on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you likely already guessed Teddi’s identity. That said, three out of four judges didn’t. And that was shocking, actually, because her clue package could not have been any clearer.

Last season, RHOBH’s Erika Jayne also starred on The Masked Singer. She entered this competition series as the beloved pup named Yorkie. But her clue package was just as easy to crack as Teddi’s. Or maybe I know far too many Real Housewives trivia facts.

Either way, The Masked Singer just said goodbye to another RHOBH star by way of Teddi. Here’s a recap detailing her clue packet, the judges’ predictions, and Teddi’s closing thoughts following her unmasking as the Calla Lily flower in Season 14.

Every contestant on The Masked Singer films a pre-recorded, lively teaser, complete with hints about their masked identities. These live-action videos air right before they perform. And that, plus the way each singer carries themselves, typically helps everyone guess their likenesses. However, only one judge correctly guessed Teddi’s name, so let’s take a look at Teddi’s clue package to understand why.

During week two, Calla Lily performed Rachel Platten’s hit track “Fight Song.” In her clue package, this character hinted about a recent, life-changing health diagnosis. And as RHOBH fans know, Teddi was diagnosed with stage II melanoma in October 2022. In February 2025, her cancer metastasized to her brain and lungs, and she remains in treatment today.

Then, during her appearance in week four, The Masked Singer observed the 250th birthday of the United States. So, Calla Lily suggested that one of her loved ones is well-known for their honoring of the U.S.A. “I can’t celebrate America and not mention an American legend,” she said, further teasing, “He’s an icon, but to me, he’s so much more.” Yes, she was talking about her father, recording artist John Mellencamp.

And finally, the judges received their last tangible clues: a gummy bear, a diamond house key, and a cougar T-shirt. Immediately, one of the judges realized Calla Lily’s identity.

Only one Masked Singer judge correctly guessed Teddi’s identity

After Teddi’s character performed “Jack and Diane,” one of her father’s iconic songs, the four judges continued to scratch their heads. However, this particular performance did make Jenny McCarthy rave about how much Calla Lily had “blossomed.” And then, in reviewing all of Calla Lily’s clues, this same judge’s ears finally perked.

“I see a house key, and I see a diamond. And that sounds like a Beverly Hills Housewife to me,” Jenny explained. “Put the clues together: gummy bear. Bear. Teddi. Cougar, dad’s nickname. Mellencamp. Cougar. This is Teddi Mellencamp from the Housewives,” Jenny accurately predicted.

But she also interjected some humbleness here by admitting that she “could be wrong.” However, the clue packages did point “in [Teddi’s] direction,” Jenny noted. And just in case she was right, Jenny next spoke to Teddi, who was still wearing her Calla Lily mask, saying, “I just honor your journey, girlfriend, and I feel so honored to have you here.”

After being voted off and forced to reveal her true identity, Teddi finally unmasked herself, making Jenny the only right judge on her panel.

Meanwhile, Rita Ora chose Selma Blair, while Ken Jeong guessed Christina Applegate. As for Robin Thicke, he stood ten toes down that Calla Lily was Danielle Fishel, since Danielle had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Teddi gave an emotional message as her Masked Singer journey came to an end

Following her unveiling on The Masked Singer, Teddi took everything in. And then, she offered an emotional statement about her journey.

“I’m not a singer by trade, clearly, and so that part was challenging for me,” she began. “Also, a big part of my memory has been askew since my brain surgery. So I was a little bit nervous. But I was excited to push myself out of my comfort zone and try something new, and it felt like it gave me a little bit of life,” Teddi emotionally stressed.

Teddi’s life took a drastic turn following her 2025 health update. Instead of fighting over trivial matters on RHOBH, Teddi had no choice but to gather up her courage and fight for her life. In doing so, her days quickly filled with surgeries and treatment options to knock back her cancer. So, when we heard Teddi admit that The Masked Singer injected “a little bit of life” back into her steps, reality quickly settled into our hearts.

John Mellencamp shocked listeners during an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. He said that his daughter, Teddi Mellencamp was “really sick” with “cancer in the brain.” The doting father also lamented about her suffering.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans believed that cancer had returned for the alum star. In October 2025, Teddi revealed that her body was cancer free. John’s recent statements were confusing at the very least. So the Two T’s in a Pod podcast co-host clarified the situation in a recent episode.

Teddi Mellencamp insists her cancer has not returned

Teddi clarified, “You know, I think when he said the words ‘suffering,’ he meant like, how I’m mentally doing versus how I’m physically doing.”

“Instantly people thought, ‘Oh my God, cancer’s back,’” her co-host Tamra Judge said.

Thankfully, according to Teddi, “there’s still no trace of cancer.” She added, “But I’m still considered stage four and I’m still in immunotherapy, so essentially nothing’s changed other than I still — I don’t feel great … I would hope that I would be feeling better by now, but I really don’t.”

Perhaps there is an emotional aspect to her healing journey. Teddi theorized that the extreme emotions of the past year are still affecting her.

“I also didn’t properly process all of the things that happened when I had surgery, like from my divorce [from Edwin Arroyave] to all of a sudden being in emergency surgery. Then, you know, not being able to see my kids when I was recovering. I think all of those things are starting to finally hit me now. I started doing therapy, and so it’s taken its toll on me,” she explained.

The RHOBH alum has been battling cancer since a stage 2 melanoma diagnosis in 2022. Doctors gave Teddi a 50/50 chance of survival after the cancer metastasized to her brain and lungs. The immunotherapy treatments themselves take a major toll.

“It’s hard for me to touch and move, and I can see that I’m slower than I was before, and that’s really frustrating to me. Like I want to be back to the way I used to be,” Teddi shared.

She continued, “I was really fighting for my life … now that the storm has calmed a little, now I’m starting to develop fear where I didn’t have fear before. Like I have fear to do a lot of things.”

Above all, the former Bravolebrity is terrified “that cancer is going to come back.” However, Teddi tries to treat “every day” as a “new day.”

Teddi Mellencamp is still actively battling stage 4 cancer. The latest on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum comes from her father, John Mellencamp. The rocker shared an emotional update during a recent podcast interview.

She got clear scans in October 2025. With the cancer “gone” from her brain, Teddi made a triumphant return to BravoCon the following month and received a lot of love from fans and fellow Bravolebrities. However, she has been noticeably absent from her podcast, Two T’s In a Pod recently. So what’s really going on?

John said Teddi Mellencamp is “really sick” and “suffering”

According to the 74-year-old musician, his daughter is “really sick” as she continues to battle stage 4 cancer. John gave the health update during an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience.

“It’s not f*ing fun,” he said of Teddi’s current situation. “She’s got cancer in the brain, and she’s suffering right now.”

The comments are causing alarm and confusion from fans. The last Teddi shared on her October 3 podcast episode was that there was no “detectable cancer” in her recent scans. Even so, the immunotherapy has been taxing enough to deal with.

“Just to give a little life update to you guys, I had my immunotherapy yesterday and I did my scans and at this point there is no detectable cancer,” Teddi previously told her co-host Dolores Catania.

She added, “When they told me, I was in such shock. I was like, numb.”

At the time, the former Bravolebrity clarified that she has to continue immunotherapy for another year. And there is an entire process to really returning to health. Teddi stated, “I’m not considered in remission or anything like that.”

“I’m still going to be having days when I’m feeling sick and stuff because I still am in immunotherapy, so I’m still fighting because you have to be,” she continued. “The way the [doctors] said it works, it’s like one year, then two years, then at three years you’re allowed to be considered … in remission. So, but that was huge news yesterday.”

Teddi has been very honest and vulnerable about her health journey. She’s been heralded as a spokesperson for the disease, which started as melanoma before metastasizing to her brain and lungs. The RHOBH alum has a legion of fans and followers ready to offer support, should she choose to share her current health situation. As ever, Teddi has her wonderful family, children, and father by her side.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne joked at BravoCon that Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley would be the next Bravo couple to split. And she was correct! Eventually, the duo separated, and Dorit recently filed for divorce. So, Erika picked the next man that Dorit should date, and it’s none other than rocker John Mellencamp.

Could RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley and John Mellencamp actually be a good match?

After PK was spotted kissing The Amazing Race alum Shana Wall, Dorit filed for divorce. Now, Erika and her co-host, Teddi Mellencamp, discussed fixing Dorit up with Teddi’s dad on their podcast, Diamonds in the Rough.

“John should get with Dorit,” Erika told Teddi. “That’s what [should happen].” At first, Teddi seemed shocked. “They could talk each other’s ears off,” Teddi quipped. Of course, John has been a steady support for Teddi amid her cancer battle.

The ladies then discussed how John has a private plane. “He rarely lets me ride on his plane, and when he does,” Teddi said, “It’s filled with [cigarette] smoke.” In a weird twist, both Dorit and John smoke, and they like the same brand of cigarettes.

“They could smoke American Spirits [cigarettes], fly around in the [private] plane, talk each other’s ears off,” Teddi stated. However, Teddi was concerned that John’s private plane might not be “big enough.” RHOBH viewers know that Dorit is particular about her travel options.

Still, Erika felt that she was on to something good for Dorit and John. “That’s what we need to do. We need to get your father and Dorit together … This might be a good idea,” she stated.

However, there are a couple of issues standing in this imaginary coupling’s way. First, John doesn’t drink, so Dorit would have to scrap her beloved Belvedere Vodka and club soda with three lemons. Oh, and John has a girlfriend.

John and Kristin Kehrberg have been dating since 2023. “Kristin, we love you, but if it doesn’t work out,” Teddi said, “we’ve got Dorit here in the corner.” Meanwhile, Erika said, “I’m so sorry! I didn’t know!”

In February 2025, Teddi disclosed that she had multiple brain tumors, which led to a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Teddi is fighting hard. Her father, John, is in her corner, handling the matters Teddi cannot.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum turned candid about her stage 4 cancer diagnosis on the latest episode of her Two T’s In A Pod podcast. Part of this journey involves facing your fears, which your loved ones also feel. John, is no exception, as recently, he hunted her down via the phone, letting Teddi know that he has already started planning her burial.

“Yesterday, my dad called 11 times in a row. Finally, I answer, I’m like, ‘I’m in the bath. Let me live a little.’ He goes, ‘I just want to make sure you’re going to be in our group family mausoleum,'” Teddi recalled.

Going with it, Teddi inquired if there would be enough space in the Indiana-located mausoleum for her three children with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave. In response, “He’s like, ‘Well, there’s going to be the top five, and then we’re gonna have little areas around it, and then that’s where everyone’s going to get buried.'”

“You’re doing your will right now, so you may as well put it in there,” John implored. Teddi agreed to this plan. She then joked that she would engrave “hot girls never die” on her tombstone.

Teddi’s battle against cancer is ongoing. Focus shifted from the removal of 17 melanomas from her skin to multiple tumors in both her brain and lungs. The RHOBH veteran had delicate brain surgery in February 2025 and is currently undergoing radiation.

A source exclusively told In Touch that John has been actively participating as a caregiver to his daughter Teddi.

“John has been super dad, he totally rushed to her side and went right into rescue mode,” the source shared. “They’ve had their ups and downs but he’s always there for her when she needs him and this time was no different.”

“Even though she’s got kids of her own and is in her 40s, she’s still his baby girl so he’s been very emotional,” the source continued. “He’s held it together because he wants to be a rock for her, but it hasn’t been easy.”

Teddi shares daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and her youngest daughter, Dove, 5, with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave. Notably, Edwin is very present and helpful to Teddi, even driving her to workout sessions.

As for John, the Hurts So Good singer felt “understandably terrified” before Teddi’s surgery on February 12. The source confirmed that John stood strong and “refused to let her see the fear and just kept telling her that the surgery would go well and she’d come out better than ever.”

The insider continued, “She did come out, but she’s been in horrible pain since then, which is very hard for John to see. He can’t wave a magic wand, or write a check, to take her pain away. All he can do is make sure she’s getting the best care and also be there every step of the way to hold her hand.”

Teddi returned to podcasting recently. She praised her father John for the support, calling it “a game changer.” The former Bravolebrity is focused on returning back to health and her former routine.

This week, Teddi spilled the tea on her Two Ts in a Pod podcast. Tamra Judge and guest Melissa Gorga opened up to the accountability coach. After the Envy singer revealed that her mother, Donna Marco, was their number one fan, Teddi gave a nice shout. The former RHOBH star noted, “Donna Marco, we love you. And you’re a hot piece of a**.” Tammy Sue then asked if Melissa’s mother was dating anybody, but it turns out she was still flying solo.

Teddi jumped on the idea of setting her biggest fan and father up, asking, “Would she want to date the Cougs?” But Melissa had no idea who the Hurt So Good singer was asking, “Who the hell is the Cougs?” Over the decades, John has dated a laundry list of women, from Meg Ryan and Christie Brinkley to Natasha Barrett. Once informed, Melissa joked that she would “pay big money to watch that date.”

Even if Donna isn’t into dating the American icon, it seems there are plenty of other fish in the sea, according to Teddi. She shared, “You realize that Dina Lohan will not get out of my DMs because that’s her dream goal. She’s like, ‘just wanted to talk to you about your dad,’ and I’m like, Dina, your FaceApp is a little too much. I can’t even send a photo.” At that moment, Tamra quipped, “Teddi, be nice.” But the blonde clapped back, “No, she’s too much.” So, sadly, it doesn’t seem like Teddi and Lindsay will be parent-trapping Dina or John any time soon.

Teddi Mellencamp spent three seasons on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and although she didn’t bring her father, John Mellencamp, around the cameras much, we know they have a solid relationship. However, it hasn’t always been that way. The former diamond-holder, whose dad released the Billboard No. 1 hit, Jack & Diane, used to bump heads back in the day, and she’s spent plenty of time reflecting on their journey.

During a recent episode of the Sibling Revelry podcast, Teddi had many positive things to say about her father. “I think he was always tried his best,” she said. “Do I think that we’re in a way better place now than when I was a kid? Yes, but also because, I mean, I didn’t really understand the importance of a good relationship with my parents when I was a kid.”

Teddi recounts her parent’s rocky divorce

The former reality star described her parent’s divorce, essentially saying it had a deep impact on her. Instead of flying to spend time with her dad in Indiana, Teddi said she’d stay home to hang out with her friends. “I probably really hurt his feelings doing that,” she said.

Later, she described an explosive argument they had, which resulted in the pair not speaking for many years. “I mean, there was one point — we joke about this conversation because it’s probably so traumatizing — but I got mad at him for something. And he said, ‘You know what? F you, Teddi. I have other kids,’ and we didn’t talk for a couple of years,” she explained.

Elsewhere in their conversation, Teddi said her parents used to do something that really bothered her growing up. “My mom would be like, ‘Okay, John,’ or my dad would be like, ‘All right, little Vicky.’ And I was like, f*ck you,” she added. “You chose this person. I didn’t choose them. And now you’re throwing it in my face as a negative, but they’re still my parents, and I love you both, so why are you putting me in this situation?”

Thankfully, Teddi was involved with sports during her childhood years. According to her, it helped keep her mind occupied. “Essentially, if I didn’t have a sport … I think I probably would have been slightly more f*cked up,” she said.

Tamra Judge is the queen of pot-stirring on Real Housewives of Orange County. When she first came onto the scene in Season 3, no one was safe from her wit, or her messy antics. She made for wild television. This is likely why her gig lasted all the way up until Season 14.

But then, Tammy Sue’s demotion arrived in Season 15. She knew what she was bringing to the table though, so she yelled her goodbyes and ran away. Insert her Bali rant in Season 9, where she fled the scene screeching “You will never see my face again! Goodbye.” After two lame Tamra-less seasons though, she returned in Season 17, and now, Tamra’s blessing us all with her “epic” revelations about Season 18.

The podcast that I hate to love

Over on Two T’s In A Pod, aka Tamra’s podcast with Teddi Mellencamp, Tamra had a tea-spilling question to answer for the fans. “I know that you can’t give spoilers, but describe the upcoming OC season in one word,” her hungry cohost implored. “I’m going to say ‘epic,’” Tamra replied.

Insert Tamra’s drama in 3, 2, “I was told by a certain somebody on the Orange County cast, for us to keep her name out of our mouths,” she added. “Well here’s the thing Housewives. If you want us to keep your name out of our mouths, then keep your face out of the press,” she quipped. I’m going to go out on an orange tree’s limb and suggest that she’s referring to Shannon Beador.

From a lawsuit to a DUI, Shannon’s name has been trending as of late. In addition, her ex has moved on with Alexis Bellino, who’s wildly returning for Season 18. It’s also been noted that the Tres Dos Amigas are now fighting with Tamra, so, yeah, it’s Shannon. All we can do now though is wait for the premiere of RHOC Season 18, to learn exactly what Tamra’s “epic” claim means.

I haven’t seen viewers react to a Real Housewife like Annemarie Wiley since John Mellencamp’s daughter was sent packing. Usually, fans are fairly patient and gracious when a newbie comes along. In Annemarie’s case, she kind of made her own bed as far as the fanbase goes.

While MANY are hoping she’s one and done, if AM does return, she might not have a great sophomore season. She’s made a mockery of the medical community and even Kyle Richards is trying to distance herself at this point. Now she’s doing the most by speaking on Kyle and Kathy Hilton at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion. Page Six has the scoop.

Ma’am – don’t get involved with Kathy and Kyle

Okay so Annemarie is still trying to share her awesome friendship with Kyle to the world and Kyle is all, “I met her one time, I met her one time…” But the one-time meeting that turned into an acquaintanceship instead of a friendship apparently made AM an expert on Kyle’s family dynamics.

Kathy showed up at the RHOBH reunion which tells me a couple of things. Firstly, she’s probably coming back next season. Two, Kyle is terrified of having to answer for anything. I don’t know about you, but Kyle NEEDING a sister on the show for 14 years because she can’t do it alone is officially boring.

Anyway, Annemarie snitched on what happened when Kathy showed up. “There were a lot of important things that they talked about at the reunion –– that they talked through at the reunion,” she began. I would personally like to talk about Annemarie’s husband and the accusations lodged against him. Then I’d like to discuss why AM isn’t secure in her job status. But she doesn’t want to talk about that stuff, so she’s talking about Kyle.

You will be “very interested” in this chat (allegedly)

According to AM, viewers will be “very interested in the conversations that were had.” Um, will we? I’m too tired to be invested in Kathy and Kyle again. She added the convos are “very deep and very necessary.” Can’t they talk over lunch?

AM claims to have been friends with Kyle for a long time and said the siblings have been “working on [their relationship] for a bit.” Yes, we’re all aware.
