We’re still mentally recovering from the Black Banquet on The Traitors, but the show must go on, and so do the murders. Last week, Lisa went down in flames after a murder in plain sight went awry. Yam Yam screaming Lisa’s name as he got dragged out by the executioners will go down in reality TV history.

In The Traitors Season 4 Episode 8, “A Queen Never Comes Off Her Throne,” the chaos continued as the two remaining Traitors were presented with a big question: Do they want to kill a Faithful, or is it time to bring in a third?

As the dust settled from the Black Banquet murder and Rinna’s subsequent banishment, Rob and Candiace struggled to get back on the same page. Could recruiting another Traitor help fix this broken relationship? Probably not. Either way, a high-profile murder rocked the castle, and in the end, another player got voted out of the game. You’re going to need a “cryangle” for this one.

The tension was thick in the turret this week, after Candiace cast a “throwaway vote” for Rob. Obviously, she did that out of pure spite over Rob’s betrayal of Rinna, but when the two confronted each other, Candiace didn’t seem ready to take ownership of that decision. If you’ve seen her on Real Housewives of Potomac, that behavior should come as no surprise.

Rob let it slide, but in his confessional, he made it clear that he wasn’t going to forget about what Candiace did. He’s fully aware that Colton had been throwing her name out into the ether. With Candiace refusing to apologize, Rob chose to keep that information to himself.

As the two faced off in the turret, Alan came in with some news. When a Traitor goes down, they get the opportunity to bring in another.

Candiace seemed eager to add someone else to the equation, but Rob quickly shut down the idea. He said they’d be better off if it were just the two of them. He knows that he’s already well-positioned to make it to the end.

With a recruitment off the table, he told Candiace she could take the lead on the night’s murder. That decision wound up changing the game for both of them.

In a shocking move, Colton from The Bachelor was murdered in The Traitors Season 4 Episode 8. It was fully Candiace’s decision, and it was a brilliant move on Rob’s part to let it happen. No one would suspect that he’d have a hand in killing his castle bestie.

With Colton out of the way, this will finally give some of those other players a chance to get a word in edgewise. We’re looking at you, Kristen. We’re talking about you, Mark. These Faithful have to clock in and can no longer rely on coasting behind Colton.

In a confessional, Candiace justified the murder by saying that she wanted to break up the alliance between Colton and Rob. She felt like Rob used Colton to target Lisa, and she feared she would be next if he stayed in the game. Unfortunately for Candiace, Rob has plenty of other allies in other corners of the castle. It’s a privilege Candiace doesn’t seem to have.

The Faithfuls were energized by Rinna’s banishment, but Candiace and Rob were in the castle spiraling. She knew she needed to start putting heat on someone else if she wanted to stay in the game. That was an uphill battle, as most of the players were very much fixated on her confusing throwaway vote to Rob.

Meanwhile, Rob was running around, fully masquerading as a Faithful. He spent this episode spinning theories about Candiace, proving that he didn’t need Colton to stay alive in the game. He even tried to volunteer himself for a shield in the mission! It wound up going to Kristen, but still, this man is working overtime in this game.

At one point, Candiace and Rob confronted each other right in the middle of the castle. They made it extremely clear to each other that their relationship had turned toxic, and it had reached a point of no return.

Candiace vowed to take him down with her if she were to get kicked out of the castle. Rob said that it would be “bad sportsmanship.” We think that’s just Candiace being Candiace.

Candiace was the latest player banished from The Traitors, and the vote was a landslide. Ultimately, her downfall was the vote she cast for Rob. No one could get past that, and she wound up locking in nine votes.

Of course, Candiace didn’t go down without a fight. She threw Rob under the bus, just like she promised. Candiace also managed to start a fight between Tara and Natalie, proving exactly why she’s such a great Real Housewife. However, the votes were still overwhelmingly against her.

In a teary-eyed exit interview, Candiace reflected on her time in the castle and said that lying constantly was the hardest part about the game. She genuinely started making connections with the Faithfuls, and it became increasingly hard to keep killing them off.

“I really started to love everybody, and that’s what stings the most,” Candiace said.

However, when it came to Rob, Candiace still seemed a little bitter. She said she felt confident that the Faithfuls would catch onto his snake-like ways.

“I’m confident that he’s going to look at Rob,” Candiace concluded. “And, in the event that they don’t, joke is on them.”

The last Traitor standing

With Donna, Rinna, and Candiace all out of the picture, Rob is the last Traitor standing — at least for now. After Candiace voted for Rob not one, but twice, he knows the heat is on him.

In the turret, where Rob said he was finally enjoying some peace and quiet, Alan arrived with some more news. He’s got to try to recruit a Faithful.

Rob was tasked with issuing an ultimatum to one Faithful: join the Traitors or die. The episode ended with him passing that note along to Eric. What will he choose?

The Traitors continues every Thursday at 9/8c on Peacock.

One of the most mysterious aspects of The Traitors are murders, where the Traitors must choose a Faithful to sacrifice. While they sometimes target Faithfuls for certain reasons, the majority of murders are random. The Traitors try not to choose people they have visible issues with, to avoid suspicion. Murders are typically done in the privacy of the Turret, but occasionally the Traitors are forced to murder in plain sight.

The recent murder of Yam Yam Arocho on The Traitors Season 4 has caused controversy among fans. Yam Yam’s murder in plain sight has become a meme on social media, but other viewers have taken the event more seriously.

Yam Yam was the second player on The Traitors Season 4 to be murdered in plain sight. The first was Rob Cesternino, who was murdered after Rob Rausch and Lisa Rinna threw a card with his photo into the fire. Yam Yam’s murder was a little more difficult to pull off, as The Traitors had to trick someone into touching an amulet at a special banquet. Lisa wore the amulet and asked Yam Yam to help her fix it. The first player to touch the amulet would be murdered, and unfortunately, Yam Yam fell victim to the trick.

At the start of the banquet, the majority of the Faithfuls were already a bit on edge. The banquet was the perfect place for a murder in plain sight. When Alan Cumming announced that a murder in plain sight had officially taken place, the Faithfuls panicked. They began overthinking everything that had happened, down to who had served the food and cut the meat. Others were concerned over cards with their faces at the head of the table, particularly Kristen Kish, as her card had been pulled by Johnny Weir. While the Faithfuls had several suspicions as to how the murder had taken place, no one suspected the amulet.

Yam Yam’s exit and Lisa Rinna call out caused controversy

When Alan announced that a murder in plain sight had occurred, he offered a brief solution. There were two antidotes available to drink, which would undo the murder if the murdered player drank them. Chaos quickly ensued, with players fighting to get one of the anecdotes. Kristen got one, after she worried that her card being pulled meant that she was the one murdered. Natalie Anderson drank the other, after she fought hard to get it, strongly believing that she had been murdered. Yam Yam didn’t end up with one of the antidotes, so he still ended up getting murdered.

After Alan revealed that Yam Yam was murdered, he turned to the group and claimed that Lisa had murdered him. While he didn’t realize he was murdered by touching the amulet, he believed that Lisa kissing him resulted in the murder. As he was taken out of the banquet, he continued to scream that Lisa had kissed him and murdered him. This resulted in everyone turning their attention to Lisa, who had already been suspected of being a Traitor by a few players. After the episode aired, some viewers expressed that they felt it was unfair that Yam Yam was allowed to talk after being murdered, as no other murdered Faithfuls had the chance to do so. Others defended Yam Yam, arguing that it was reasonable under the circumstances.

Should Yam Yam have stayed silent on The Traitors?

At the Round Table following Yam Yam’s murder, Lisa was ultimately banished. Many players based their vote around Yam Yam’s accusation, as they found it to be solid evidence that Lisa was a Traitor. If Yam Yam hadn’t proclaimed Lisa to be a Traitor, it’s possible that Natalie would’ve been banished instead.

While Yam Yam yelling Lisa’s name was controversial, it was ultimately fair gameplay. Murders in plain sight differ from those done in the Turret, and there weren’t any rules that said Yam Yam couldn’t express his suspicions. As a Faithful, Yam Yam wanted to do what he could in his last moments of the game to help his fellow Faithfuls.

The Traitors is available to stream on Peacock.

Season 4 of The Traitors has been nothing short of iconic. The cast has been a great mix of reality TV personalities, blended with some athletes and poor Donna Kelce. In addition, host Alan Cumming has kept players and viewers on their toes.

Not only is Alan serving us looks to die for, but he has amped up the pressure in the castle. Not only for the Faithfuls, but also for the Traitors. Alan selected Real Housewives alums Lisa Rinna and Candiace Dillard Bassett to don the cloak. In addition, Love Island USA star Rob Rausch joined them. In a game-changing twist, Alan picked a Secret Traitor at the start of the game. No one knew their identity, including the other Traitors. It was a powerful position in this game.

Of course, this season of The Traitors has already made its mark, and the game isn’t even over! Let’s take a look at the way Season 4 has already made history.

The Traitors Season 4 saw a murdered contestant make an accusation for the first time

Alan has been putting the Traitors through it this season! They committed one murder in plain sight, as well as a face-to-face murder. Then, Alan tasked them with the craziest challenge of all: a murder in front of all the players. Of course, Lisa volunteered to wear the ruby brooch to the banquet. If a Faithful touched it, they would die.

“This is like the Super Bowl of murders,” Lisa noted as she prepared to enter the Black Banquet. This former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star loves the drama! And both the paranoia and fashion game at this dinner were next-level.

Lisa targeted Yam Yam Arocho by asking him to adjust her statement jewelry. Perfect plan. Zero notes. Then, Alan arrived with two executioners and announced yet another twist. Someone had been murdered, but there were two antidotes. Two players could drink the serum, and if they were the ones who were cursed, they would survive. After squabbling and nearly wrestling over the antidote, Survivor star Natalie Anderson and Kristen Kish drank it.

Unfortunately, for Yam Yam, his time was up. When Alan announced that he had been murdered, Yam Yam wasted no time pointing at Lisa. As he was dragged away, he yelled, “Lisa. It was Lisa that kissed me. Lisa!”

Of course, Lisa denied it, but having the murder victim accuse you was pretty damning evidence. And try as she might, she was unable to shift enough people to vote for Natalie. This was the first time in the history of Traitors that a murder victim made an accusation. Was Yam Yam partly wrong? Yes. But he was correct that it was Lisa, and it spelled her doom in the game.

Two Real Housewives alumni were immediately chosen as Traitors

We have seen Real Housewives players in the turret during other seasons. During Season 2, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks was literally killing it until her fellow Traitor, Dan Gheesling, turned on her.

During Season 3, the turret was filled with mostly gamers, including Survivor’s Carolyn Wiger and “Boston Rob” Mariano, along with Big Brother alum Danielle Reyes. Plus, RuPaul’s Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen was part of this high-octane group. This turret was filled with tension, suspicion, and ultimately, traitor-on-traitor attacks. During a round table, Boston Rob ousted Bob, but on the way out, Bob dropped a hint that Rob was a Traitor. Can’t these Traitors just get along?

It was a different story for Season 3. There were five housewives in the castle, and Alan selected Real Housewives of Potomac alum Candiace and Lisa as Traitors. This marked the first time that two housewives shared the castle’s turret.

For the first several episodes of the season, this traitorous trio worked together in murderous harmony. However, Rob eventually voted for Lisa at an earlier round table, so he didn’t look suspicious voting for his faithful allies. And now, Robby Bobby is in big trouble with Candiace after Lisa’s banishment. Hell hath no fury like an angry housewife. Buckle up!

The Secret Traitor twist made history, but might need a rework

The Traitors

Perhaps the biggest twist in the game was the introduction of the Secret Traitor. This player was selected as soon as the group arrived, but their identity was a secret to everyone but Alan. Their superpower was the ability to create a short list of players to be murdered. The regular Traitors had to select victims from this list. So, the Secret Traitor held a great deal of power.

From the jump, the contestants were suspicious of Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna. They felt that she was too quiet and observant. In the end, Bachelor alum Colton Underwood latched onto this theory and pushed it forward, resulting in Donna being banished during Episode 3. In a jaw-dropping moment, it was revealed that she was the red-robed Secret Traitor.

While this plot twist made history, it also might need a bit of work. Having the Secret Traitor ousted almost immediately felt like the concept was a throwaway. Perhaps introducing the Secret Traitor a couple of episodes in would heighten the tension and allow the Secret Traitor a chance to be more involved in the gameplay. It could also cause a bit of chaos in the turret, which is always a gift for Traitors’ viewers.

The Traitors is available to stream on Peacock.

It’s time for another deep dive into Season 4 of The Traitors, and this one is quite a doozy. We’ve got twists, turns, and one very cursed amulet.

Last week, we saw Ron get banished from the competition. Rob turned against Rinna at the roundtable, and then Alan invited all of the players to a mysterious banquet. It was all a big ruse to let the Traitors murder in plain sight.

Always ready for a fashion statement, Rinna was tasked with wearing a cursed amulet to the dinner. The first Faithful to touch it would be killed right there in front of everyone, and it all came to a head in The Traitors Season 4 Episode 7, “The Black Banquet.”

The latest episode of The Traitors felt like an emotional rollercoaster. The remaining players sat down at Alan’s twisted banquet, which turned out to be the last supper for one player. Meanwhile, Rinna was working overtime trying to shake the suspicion that Colton put on her in Episode 6. Unfortunately for her, that was a steep, uphill battle.

Who touched the cursed amulet on The Traitors Season 4 Episode 7?

Yam Yam from Survivor fell victim to the latest murder in plain sight. Rinna tricked him into touching the cursed amulet by pretending like she needed help adjusting it. He died trying to make sure that Rinna looked her best. Tragic.

As sad as it was to see Yam Yam go, you’ve got to give Rinna some credit. Getting him to touch that amulet was a much more complicated task than you’d probably think. Everyone at the banquet felt paranoid, knowing how easily a murder in plain sight could go down. Just ask Rob C.

Before Alan revealed the cursed player, he added another twist, pulling out two antidotes that could reverse the curse. He gave the players a few minutes to determine who would drink the antidote, and that’s when chaos ensued.

Natalie basically leapt out of her seat to make sure she got to drink the antidote. She looked like she was ready to wrestle for it. Kristen got the other antidote, thanks to a little help from her ally Johnny.

Of course, that all turned out to be in vain, because it was Yam Yam that got hit with the curse. As the executioners pulled him away, he left the players with a huge, albeit misguided, clue about who killed him.

“Lisa Rinna kissed me on the cheek!” Yam Yam hollered as they took him away. “It was Lisa!”

A rift among Traitors

The morning after the banquet, the Traitors met up at breakfast, and the tension was thick. Rinna (rightfully) felt super-duper pissed at Rob for voting against her. She and Candiace wanted to devise a plan to help get Rinna out of the hot seat. Rob wasn’t having it.

While Candiace seems focused on being faithful to her Traitors, Rob is playing the game with his brain. He knows it would make zero sense to put his neck out on the line for Rinna. It’s a sinking ship. Candiace wants to stay on board, Rob wants to abandon ship, and now, the Traitors are officially beefing.

Fortunately for Rob, the numbers are on his side. After Yam Yam accused Rinna of killing him with her kiss, she lost the tiny bit of credibility she had left in the game. Leaving her alone on that sinking ship is the smart thing to do.

Rob won a game-changing advantage

Another loop in this emotional rollercoaster of an episode came during the mission. We know some fans go to the kitchen to re-up on their popcorn during these missions, but this one was worth watching.

Alan dropped a game-changing twist, where in addition to winning cash for the prize pot, one player would walk away with a special dagger. The dagger grants an extra vote at an upcoming roundtable. With the numbers in the game dwindling, that could swing the pendulum in a major way.

Eric, Colton, Marc, Stephen, and Natalie all won the opportunity to play for the dagger. Alan had them stand around a table with cards; four of them had X’s. One of them had a dagger. Rob finished the mission in first place, so he got to ask the other five players a series of questions to figure out who had the lucky dagger.

This challenge felt like it was plucked right out of an episode of The Anonymous, and honestly? This might be the closest we’ll ever get to seeing that show again. We’re here for it.

Rob went around the circle, pressing the players over the dagger. He correctly guessed Natalie, like it was nothing. He won the dagger, and now, in addition to his secret powers as a Traitor, he can also cast an extra vote at an upcoming roundtable. At this point, he’s just making this game look easy.

Rinna’s glamorous reign of terror came to an end this week. She was the latest player banished from the game and the second Traitor eliminated from Season 4—a win for the Faithful, but a loss for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans.

Sadly for Rinna, it didn’t even come close for her at the roundtable. Yam Yam helped seal her fate at the banquet when he loudly blamed Rinna for his death. However, it was Rob who really put the nail in her coffin at the roundtable. He spoke up against her and voted for a second time, one of the nine votes cast against her.

The other votes were all over the place. Two people voted for Natalie because of how she chugged the antitode, along with a Porsha-style slip-up, where she accidentally took credit for some of the season’s murders. Dorinda voted for Maura because it seems like they’re slowly starting to hate each other, and bizarrely, Candiace voted for Rob. We’ll see more of that Traitor-on-Traitor fallout next week.

In Rinna’s final moments on the show, she gave a teary-eyed speech to the confessional camera about just how grateful she was to be there.

“The end of Housewives was very difficult for me,” Rinna admitted. “It was just so nice to be able to be me.”

She continued, “I’m just so grateful for the entire experience. I really am. Thank you”

The Traitors is streaming on Peacock, with new episodes dropping on Thursdays at 9/8c.

We’re back in the castle for another recap of The Traitors. Season 4 is in full swing, with one Traitor down and three more lingering in the castle, and when we last left off, a homophobic rant earned one faithful a well-deserved banishment. Everyone cheered.

In The Traitors Season 4 Episode 6, “Planning a Coup,” the Faithfuls tried to regroup from the messy roundtable, with several new suspects coming into light. But is anyone actually getting closer to catching another Traitor? Kind of!

After finally ridding the castle of Rapaport’s stench, the Faithfuls realigned and tried to build a coalition to take control of the game. Meanwhile, Rinna started catching heat from multiple directions, and Porsha’s early banishment from the game became a major point of discussion. In the end, Alan introduced another new twist that could send another player straight to their grave.

No one died this week on The Traitors! Rob, Candiace, and Rinna lost their chance to kill thanks to the twist from Episode 5’s mission. Since no one grabbed a shield during the mission, all of the players got a free ticket to this week’s breakfast. Salmon and hard-boiled eggs all around!

In a flashback to the turret, we see a clip of the Traitors getting the news that there’d be no murder. Although they didn’t have anyone to kill, they still spent time strategizing.

Since Colton told Rob that he felt suspicious of Lisa, they all know he’s becoming too much of a threat in the game. For the next phase in the game, Candiace suggested leading Ron to be banished at the roduntable, and then immediately killing off Colton.

“I want to slit his throat,” Lisa told her fellow Traitors.

Colton’s aggressive gameplay is catching up to him

Let’s be honest — the first five episodes of Season 4 have been largely centered around Colton and his antics. He’s been riding on a high ever since he led the charge against Donna, and the rest of the Faithful are sick of it.

Johnny, Mark, Kristen, and a bunch of the other players who have barely spoken all season realized that they could band together as a group of solid Faithfuls to vote Colton out. They determined they just needed eight people they could trust to make it happen. Unfortunately for them, they were also including Candiace in that count.

Meanwhile, Colton was fully aware that he had lost the goodwill of the rest of the players. The Tiffany takedown didn’t sit well with anyone, but that wasn’t stopping him from going balls to the wall. He decided that this next target would be Rinna, after clocking her uncharacteristically diminutive behavior.

Just like his previous targets, Colton wasted no time going around telling everyone about his intentions. At one point in the episode, he (unsuccessfully) tried to hold Rinna hostage. He was like, “I’ll protect you at the roundtable. Will you protect me in the turret?”

Rinna didn’t break a sweat.

After several episodes of getting put on the chopping block, Ron was finally banished from the game in the latest episode of The Traitors. Unlike some of the other votes this season, this wasn’t close.

At the roundtable, Johnny’s Anti-Colton Coalition stuck to their plan to try to take down The Bachelor star. They said it felt like has controlling the game, and they needed to take the reins from him. However, they couldn’t pull the eight votes. Colton got four votes.

The big surprise came when Colton stuck to his guns and threw Rinna’s name on the table. He called out the fact that she voted for Porsha during the first banishment, betraying the sacred sisterhood of Housewives. That argument swayed several votes, including one from fellow Traitor, Rob. Still, Lisa narrowly avoided banishment with five votes.

Ron got banished with six votes, and he fully knew it was coming. Everyone has been after him since his unnecessary takedown of Porsha, and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was finally avenged. Before the votes, Ron went around the table and said nice things about everyone. It was a far departure from the attitude he showed last week at the roundtable, but this man had fully checked out by this point.

A deadly banquet awaits

The drama in Episode 6 didn’t end with Ron’s banishment. As soon as he walked out the door, Alan teased that all of the surviving players would now have to get ready for a banquet. Of course, this isn’t just an ordinary banquet with roasted chicken and cheap wine. There’s always a twist.

A flashback showed that the previous night in the turret, Alan tasked the Traitors with another murder in plain sight. At the banquet, one of the Traitors would need to wear a special red brooch that curses the first Faithful to touch it. Naturally, Rinna volunteered for the challenge. Next week, we’ll see if she can own it.

The Traitors airs on Peacock every Thursday at 9/8c.

Finally, Michael Rapaport has exited The Traitors Season 4 castle. His gameplay was tragic, much like his personality. Honestly, it’s shocking that he lasted as long as he did.

Being that we are talking about Michael here, his exit absolutely involved one of his standard homophobic-fueled jabs. But listen, consider the source, this is how uneducated people roll. After he directed this shady and not at all discreet comment towards Colton Underwood, well, the vibe at the roundtable completely shifted. One by one, Michael’s costars saw the light, and it opened up their tartan-covered eyes. And off Michael went, donning an imaginary plaque for being one of the worst Faithfuls ever in this game.

If you missed it, here’s an explainer of what you can expect to see. But when you’re able, definitely also go back and watch Michael’s banishment from The Traitors. It’s … something.

Michael Rapaport played a tragic Faithful game

We are literally shocked that Michael made it as far as he did. He was a Faithful, yes. However, he moved like a bad one. On the other hand, as his castmates speculated, he also could have just been an equally trash Traitor.

The whole point of this game is to watch the cast pinpoint who amongst them might be a wolf in sheep’s clothing. So all Michael really did here was make it harder for his cast to spot the actual Traitors in their midst.

Every week, fans would chime in about Michael’s look-at-me-talking-about-what-I-think-I-see scenes, noting things like, “It’s hard to watch when the attention’s on him, which is a way too frequent occurrence these first three episodes because he makes every single moment about himself.” He probably makes it about himself because the obvious lack of attention he was given as a child manifested this person who will do anything to be looked at in adulthood.

But when Michael made a not-cute comment directed at Colton, well, the wheels finally came off his gameplay. Even bad attention is good attention for little buddies like Mike.

Michael Rapaport’s banishment arrived after he made an off-the-cuff remark to Colton Underwood

As soon as Michael spewed his nastiness to Colton, the entire atmosphere shifted around the roundtable during Episode 5. “You can’t blame somebody being forced into a closet for the majority of their life,” Johnny Weir stressed. At the table, the others agreed. And they all began to offer similar notes for Michael, who looked mere moments away from requiring an emergency transfusion.

The Traitors Season 4 cast quickly turned on Michael Rapaport

When Maura Higgins and Yam Yam Arocho labeled his remark a “very low blow,” Michael realized that he needed to pivot. No one was here for his mess. “It wasn’t intended to be,” Michael deflected, get him a tissue so he can wave bon voyage from the Lido Deck…

As for Rob Rausch, well, this man, who could absolutely ruin me, had to teach Michael some new vocabulary words. “Commiseration means to feel sorry for someone,” Rob explained. Bless Michael, better luck with English next time.

Even Natalie Anderson had seen and heard enough. At the roundtable, Natalie said, “Today, the way you spoke to Colton, for me, it’s enough to write your name down.” She next advised the cast to “get together and vote him out of here.” And that’s exactly what they did.

“You voted out the best-looking, smartest, dopest … Faithful,” Michael quipped during his banishment speech. Here’s a final observation – no one cares about Michael, he knows it, and it shows.

Buh-bye.

And now, let the Michael-less games begin on Season 4 of The Traitors.

The Traitors is available to stream on Peacock.

Welcome back for another deep dive into The Traitors Season 4! The castle was on fire this week, with accusations flying in every direction. When we last left off, a Housewife had been banished, two gamers were murdered, and the Secret Traitor’s identity had been exposed.

In Episodes 4 and 5, the three remaining Traitors pulled off two more shocking kills. Meanwhile, the roundtable delivered a heartbreaking banishment, followed up by a second crowd-pleasing sendoff that the game desperately needed. Keep on reading for all of the tea.

Caroline from The Real Housewives of Dubai was the latest celebrity murdered on The Traitors Season 4.

Episode 3 ended with a cliffhanger, with Caroline tied up to a tree along with Ron, Eric, and Kristen. The trio of Traitors decided to pick off Caroline in the season’s first face-to-face murder. When she realized she had been killed by two fellow Housewives, the look on her perfectly snatched face felt priceless.

“Rinna, you bitch,” Caroline said, right before meeting the axe.

“I thought the Housewives would have each other’s back,” she continued in her final confessional. “Only a housewife could look you straight in the eye and then stab you directly in the back.”

In a shocking turn of events, Tiffany from Big Brother was the third player banished from The Traitors Season 4.

Things came crashing down on Tiffany very quickly in this episode. It all started with Colton, who felt fueled by his successful takedown of Donna. He’s giving Pete the Pilot energy, aggressively going after people, and rallying a team of Faithfuls behind him.

Colton led the charge against Tiffany throughout the entire episode, but it was Eric who put the final nail in her coffin at the roundtable. After surviving the face-to-face murder the night before, he claimed that he heard laughter from a Traitor that sounded exactly like Tiffany.

“I’m a musician,” Eric said, noting that his pitch-perfect ears had never led him astray.

With that evidence, Tiffany was overwhelmingly outvoted. It was a tearful goodbye for another gamer and a humiliating mess-up for Eric and Colton.

In The Traitors Season 4 Episode 5, Monét X Change from RuPaul’s Drag Race was murdered.

You’ve got to give her credit. This is the furthest anyone from Drag Race has ever made it on this show, but her good instincts in the game were ultimately what got her killed.

During the mission earlier in the day, Monét threw out Rinna’s name as a potential Traitor. When that information made its way back to the turret, they had no choice but to take her out of the game. The Traitors didn’t want to do it; they had to do it, but Monét took it on the chin.

“I’m going to haunt these hallways, mark my words,” she quipped in her last confessional.

After a series of freakouts and a dash of homophobia, Rapaport was banished from The Traitors in Season 4 Episode 5.

Of course, his abrasive behavior put him on everyone’s radar early in the game, but he crossed a clear line at Episode 5’s roundtable when he made a remark about Colton that seemed to target his coming-out story.

“Nobody in this room would be better at holding a secret than you,” Michael said at the roundtable.

Obviously, this type of incendiary behavior is completely on brand for this man. We all knew it was only a matter of time before he said something problematic, so if they lose the Emmy this year, blame him.

Either way, the group fully shut down Michael’s rant, and their votes wound up being less about strategy and more about getting the toxic energy out. They didn’t care whether or not he was a Traitor; they just needed to rid the castle of his stench. Good riddance.

The Traitors drops new episodes on Thursdays at 9/8c on Peacock.

If you’ve spent the last three hours screaming at your TV and clutching your pearls over The Traitors Season 4 premiere, here is your safe space to decompress. The latest installment of this reality TV masterpiece has finally arrived, and Alan is back in the castle, ready to shake sh*t up. It’s literally the best time of the year.

Last season, four Faithfuls walked through the finish line, holding hands and splitting $204,300. In Season 4, a group of fresh faces — and Dorinda back for round two — have arrived at the castle ready for their shot at Traitors’ glory.

In the three-part premiere, Alan kicked things off with a wild twist that threatened to change the pace of the entire season. Meanwhile, the Traitors quickly got to work by killing off two beloved reality stars.

The Traitors Season 4 Secret Traitor twist explained

Season 4 of The Traitors started with Alan immediately introducing a new twist: a Secret Traitor. This special player was selected upon arrival, and their identity would be a secret to everyone, including us watching at home. Suddenly, everyone started to look suspicious.

The Secret Traitor plays with a unique advantage. Not only do they get to wear a special red cape, but they also have the power to pick the shortlist of players on the chopping block. The regular Traitors can only murder people from the Secret Traitor’s list. The Secret Traitor is steering the ship, but as we found out by the end of the premiere, they were on a crash course for disaster.

Who are the regular Traitors on The Traitors Season 4?

If you’re a fan of Real Housewives, you were probably standing up in your living room, cheering at the screen when Alan made his rounds and picked two of the franchise’s biggest mouths as Traitors. Candiace from The Real Housewives of Potomac and Lisa from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were both selected to play as Traitors.

These are instantly iconic choices. The Emmy is theirs for the taking.

Rounding out the crew of murderers is Rob R from Love Island USA. He’s an unsuspecting pick, but he’s having the most fun out of anybody. He compared the game to his favorite pastime: catching snakes.

Who was murdered on The Traitors Season 4, Episodes 1-3?

The first murder always hits the hardest — just ask Dorinda. Fortunately, she made it past the first night this year. In Season 4, it was Ian from Big Brother who was the first to die. That’s one gamer down, plenty more to go.

For the second murder, the Traitors had to kill someone in plain sight. Yes, already! Once again, they targeted a gamer. The Secret Traitor narrowed it down to Kristen, Tara, Monet, or Rob C. They wound up choosing Rob C, from Survivor fame. There was only enough room in the castle for one Rob.

The irony of Rob C’s reality TV death was the fact that he was fully aware that a murder in plain sight could be going down. He walked up to Candiace, of all people, and warned her that it might be happening. Little did he know, the other Traitors were already in the other room, plotting to take him down. RIP to the host of RHAP!

Episode 3 left us on a cliffhanger about who’d be the third victim. Caroline, Eric, Ron, and Kristen were put up for murder and literally strung up to trees after failing to complete the day’s mission. They all had one final chance to plead their case as the trio of Traitors stood in the shadows. Ron’s final plea wound up becoming Episode 3’s namesake.

He screamed, “Show me your faces!”

In a devastating blow to the Bravoverse, Porsha from The Real Housewives of Atlanta was the first player banished in The Traitors Season 4. It’ll take us a full 265 days to get over this one.

Porsha’s banishment happened in Episode 2, “The Death Conga.” If you watch RHOA, then it probably wasn’t too surprising to see her mouth ruin her game. She landed on Ron’s radar after accidentally saying that she murdered Ian. Whoops!

When Ron presented that evidence at the roundtable, it was too much for some players to ignore. However, she stood up in front of the group and confirmed that she was indeed a Faithful.

The second banishment was another major blow to Season 4. Alan had the players meet for an early-morning roundtable, immediately after breakfast. With little time to strategize, Colton led the charge and put Donna’s name into the conversation. He tried the night before, and it failed. Why not go for it again?

Thanks to a little help from Candiace, Colton convinced the cast that the future mother-in-law of Taylor Swift seemed suspicious. In a nearly unanimous vote, Donna became the second player banished from The Traitors Season 4. The real kicker came when she revealed her identity in the game. She was the Secret Traitor all along! Double shocker.

With the Secret Traitor twist already out of the way, Candiace, Rinna, and Rob are free to terrorize the Faithfuls at their own will. Next week, we’ll find out which player from the shortlist they decided to murder next.

The Traitors airs two new episodes on Peacock next Thursday at 9/8c.

The Traitors Season 4 is almost here, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Over the last few years, The Traitors has quickly become one of the most popular competition shows on reality television.

While the majority of contestants are Faithfuls, a few select players are chosen to be the Traitors. These players must choose which contestants to “murder”, without the others catching on to their identity. If any of the Traitors make it to the end, they get to claim all of the prize money acquired throughout the season for themselves. While everyone in the castle plays the game, the Traitors are the most central part of it.

Who should be the Traitors on Season 4?

There are 23 celebrity contestants on The Traitors Season 4, all of whom bring something to the game. While some of the contestants would make excellent Faithfuls, others have the potential to truly thrive as Traitors. These four players in particular could make amazing Traitors if chosen for the role.

Mark Ballas

Mark Ballas

Mark Ballas is a professional dancer on the competition series Dancing with the Stars. He’s won the show three times and is considered one of the best pros in the history of the show. Mark’s most recent appearance was on DWTS Season 34 with his partner Whitney Leavitt. They placed sixth, falling just short of the finale.

While DWTS isn’t a strategic show in the same way as The Traitors, there is some strategy involved. Mark has a tendency to go outside the box to make his dances unique and memorable. He often plays it more dangerously than the other pros, which could make him an interesting Traitor. The only other DWTS pro to ever do The Traitors was Maks Chmerkovskiy. He was a Faithful and was banished early on. It would be fun to see a DWTS pro play a Traitor and potentially go further into the game.

Donna Kelce

Donna Kelce

Every year, The Traitors features a few players who aren’t from reality shows. This year, one of those contestants is Donna Kelce, the mother of Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce. Donna has gained recognition in recent years, with Travis now being engaged to superstar Taylor Swift

Donna may be perceived as an underdog this season, but she could actually become a threat. Last year, Dylan Efron won Season 3, after mainly being known as the brother of Zac Efron. Donna could end up playing a similar game and flying under the radar if she isn’t perceived as a threat. If Donna is a Traitor, this would make her game even more shocking and satisfying. No one would expect Donna to be a Traitor, which is why she’d make a great one.

Yam Yam Arocho

Yam Yam Arocho

Yam Yam Arocho is one of several Survivor players who will be on Season 4. He won Survivor 44 in a landslide and is one of the most beloved winners of the Survivor New Era. Yam Yam excelled at playing a social game on Survivor, but he was certainly strategic as well. His experience on Survivor will definitely come in handy on The Traitors, especially if he is chosen to be a Traitor.

On Survivor 44, Yam Yam worked closely with Carolyn Wiger, who was a Traitor during Season 3. It would be fun to watch how Yam Yam approaches being a Traitor compared to Carolyn. Survivor players often make good Traitors due to their competition and strategic backgrounds, and as a recent winner, Yam Yam would be a perfect choice.

Dorinda Medley

Dorinda Medley

Dorinda Medley is the only returning cast member this season, after her very brief run on Season 3. During Season 3, Dorinda was the first player murdered, making her stay in the castle very short. Dorinda was a Faithful, but it would be fun to watch her as a Traitor for her second time around.

Being a Traitor would be the perfect opportunity for Dorinda to redeem herself after her early loss in Season 3. Dorinda is sassy and smart, which could help her to do well as a Traitor. While Dorinda could end up with a target on her back for being a returning player, being a Traitor could help her to overcome it.

The Traitors is available to stream on Peacock.

With Savannah Louie being crowned the winner of Survivor 49, the New Era officially has nine winners in the books. The New Era has truly changed Survivor, with the cast having to find new adaptive ways to play and make it to the end of the game. Winners from the New Era differ from those of the Old Era, as they played a completely different game. While some New Era champions are considered to be Survivor legends, others haven’t made as big of an impression on viewers.

The New Era of Survivor has crowned nine diverse winners

The nine New Era champions all played unique games and secured their wins in different ways. While some of the winners were very well-rounded, others excelled in certain aspects of the game. Every player that wins deserves it; however, some winners did more to earn the million dollars than others. Here is our definitive ranking of Survivor New Era winners, from lowest to highest.

9. Mike Gabler – Survivor 49

Mike Gabler - Survivor 49
Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Mike Gabler was one of the most surprising victors of the New Era. He won in a landslide and decided to donate all of his winnings in a historic moment. In terms of gameplay, however, Gabler fell short. He didn’t make many strategic moves of his own and was instead brought in on votes. Gabler even voted wrong on one occasion. While he played a decent social game and won immunity once, he didn’t play an out of the ordinary game. His biggest move was his win in fire, although many of the New Era winners have done that. Gabler was a great player, but his Survivor resume falls short in comparison to the other New Era champions.

8. Kenzie Petty – Survivor 46

Kenzie Petty - Survivor 46
Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Kenzie Petty won Survivor 46, although her game was weak compared to most of the New Era winners. While she excelled at a social game, the other components of her game lacked. Kenzie was constantly brought in on votes and never really made any key strategic plays. The strongest part of her game was the fact that everyone liked her and wanted to work with her. She did win immunity once, but only with the assistance of Liz Wilcox whom she later beat in fire. While Kenzie was a fun player to watch, her strategic resume fell short.

7. Maryanne Oketch – Survivor 42

Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Maryanne Oketch played an interesting game on Survivor 42. She didn’t emerge as a key player in the game until the Merge. Maryanne didn’t win immunity challenges, but her strategic game helped her to win. Her key move of the season was using an extra vote to blindside Omar Zaheer, who was a big threat. Maryanne didn’t show herself to be a threat until the end, which is a strategy in itself. Overall, however, Maryanne didn’t have as many big resume moves as most of the New Era winners.

6. Erika Caspunan – Survivor 41

Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Erika Casupanan was the first winner of the New Era. While she didn’t play a super aggressive game, she did what she had to in order to get to the end. She did strongly influence a few votes and won individual immunity twice. However, her main strategy was concealing her threat level in order to get to the end. Erika played a decent game, but she didn’t do anything that made her stand out above. Nonetheless, her game was well-rounded, making her one of the middle-ranking winners of the New Era.

5. Rachel Lamont – Survivor 47

Rachel Lamont - Survivor 47
Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Rachel LaMont had a difficult journey to the end on Survivor 47, where she was ultimately crowned the Sole Survivor. Throughout the majority of the game, Rachel found herself at the bottom. She survived mainly by becoming a challenge beast, as she won four individual immunities. However, Rachel had a lot of assistance getting to the end. She was saved by Sol Yi when she went to Tribal Council with the Tuku Tribe, where they admitted that they planned to vote her out. She also found an immunity idol in her fries at the Auction, which was pure luck. While Rachel was a great player, she more so survived until the end rather than playing her way to the end.

4. Yam Yam Arocho – Survivor 44

Yam Yam Arocho - Survivor 44
Photo Credit: CBS via Getty Images

Yam Yam Arocho played a low-key game compared to many of the New Era winners, but it worked in his favor. Throughout Survivor 44, Yam Yam did a good job of not establishing himself as a threat. He was likable, however, and excelled at the social game. Yam Yam was also quite strategic and worked to turn votes the other way when he heard his name being thrown around. On top of that, Yam Yam got to the final four with his original trio alliance, despite being on the bottom for the majority of the game. While he didn’t control the game like the top three winners, he nonetheless played an excellent one.

3. Savannah Louie – Survivor 49

 Savannah Louie - Survivor 49

Savannah is the most recent Survivor winner, who has already earned her spot as one of the best New Era winners. While Savannah was perceived as a villain for a majority of the season, she did a lot to earn her win. She won four immunity challenges, as well as fire. Savannah played aggressively and managed to avoid elimination even without immunity, despite her name being thrown around. She also had a tight alliance of three that never betrayed her and helped her to get to the end.

2. Dee Valladares – Survivor 45

Dee Valladares - Survivor 45

Dee Valladares won Survivor 45 after playing an impressively dominant game. She was a challenge beast, but also thrived in her social and strategy games. Dee was able to get to the final six with her alliance of four from her starting tribe, which is no easy task on Survivor. She also consistently controlled the vote and avoided being sent home on more than one occasion by smart strategic play. Dee was an incredibly well-rounded player and was able to openly control the game and still make it to the end.

1. Kyle Fraser – Survivor 48

Kyle Fraser - Survivor 48
Photo Credit: Robert Voets/CBS via Getty Images

Kyle Fraser arguably played the best game of any winner from the New Era. After the Merge on Survivor 48, Kyle essentially worked with everyone. He was a key member of the Strong Alliance, while also maintaining an undercover alliance with Kamilla Karthigesu. Kyle won several challenges and helped to sway the vote on more than one occasion. While he used an Idol to save himself before the Merge, Kyle was never a target post-Merge. He excelled strategically, physically, and socially. While Dee controlled the game openly, Kyle was able to do the same undercover, which makes his game just a tad more impressive.

Survivor is available to stream on Paramount+.
